Robert Block
Founder
Robert J. Block is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, community leader, entrepreneur, and US
Army combat veteran dedicated to advancing the Gospel, fostering spiritual revival, and
strengthening communities throughout Schuylkill County and the surrounding region of
Pennsylvania. A resident of Schuylkill County since 1997, he has committed his life to
developing individuals, businesses, and communities through faith-based leadership, service, and
mentorship.
Robert is the founder and owner of Kingdom Impact Development LLC, Hawk Ridge
Construction Group LLC, and Wayfinder Coaching and Consulting LLC. Through these
organizations, he focuses on community development, residential restoration, affordable housing,
leadership development, and business growth. His passion for revitalizing neighborhoods and
restoring homes is driven by a desire to create quality housing opportunities that strengthen
families and contribute to thriving communities.
Through his involvement with Rise Up Kings, a men’s leadership and discipleship organization
based in Dallas, Texas, Robert shares his life experiences and mentors men to embrace their
God-given purpose, lead with integrity, and make a lasting impact in their families, workplaces,
and communities.
Robert brings more than thirty years of leadership experience across military service, business
management, manufacturing operations, and community engagement. A decorated combat
veteran, he served honorably for twenty years in the United States Army and has held senior
leadership positions in production management, operations, and business development.
His educational background includes a Bachelor of Religious Education from Breckbill Bible
College in Max Meadows, Virginia; an Associate Degree in Business Administration and
Marketing from McCann School of Business in Pottsville, Pennsylvania; a Bachelor of Science
in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration from Alvernia University;
and an Executive Certificate in Business Administration from Liberty University. He is currently
pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at Liberty University.
